Visual Stress & Colorimetry

A Visual Stress Assessment looks at how your eyes process text and patterns, particularly when reading. It helps identify visual stress, which can cause symptoms such as headaches, eye strain, blurred or moving text, and difficulty concentrating.

The assessment may include specialist tests and coloured overlays or lenses to determine whether they improve comfort and reading ability. It’s especially beneficial for children and anyone who struggles with reading despite having good eyesight.
